"I Should Be Getting A Medal, Not Handcuffs"
Martha, Martha, Martha, have you taken your pills yet. I guess not since you just stabbed your ex husband, Charles Logan, who also happens to be an ex president, with a fork and then broke down sobbing and crying out,
"I should be getting a medal, not handcuffs"
Day 6 had been trying enough for the United States, what with the bombings, terrorists, cat fight between Tom and Karen, Jack's dad and Sandra Palmer, and now it got worse since Martha didn't take her meds and felt compelled to stab her ex husband.
"I can't take it anymore"
Now I am not saying Martha is a bad character, that was proved during the events of Day 5, but she does have a mental condition, which is apparently pretty serious. During Day 5 Charles Logan explained to Russian President Yuri Suvarov that Martha, then his wife, suffered from depression and had formerly been in a mental institute.
"Well the truth is Yuri that my wife suffers from depression"
"I see"
If only Martha Logan had taken her pills and then all of this would have been avoided.

24 Characters That Have Also Been On Lost
24 and Lost are some of the greatest shows ever to have aired. Here is a list of characters that have been on both.
Vice President James Prescott Charles Widmore
David Palmer's rebellious Vice President James Prescott also starred in the hit tv show Lost as Charles Widmore, Penny's evil dad. Both roles he did excellent performances, but he was more of a main character in Lost than he was in 24, having only appeared in one season in 24 and about five in Lost.
Michelle Dessler, former head of CTU and jack's most trusted female ally, also starred in Lost as Horace Goodspeed's wife, Amy. Her performances were both superb, but she held more of a major role in 24 having appeared in 4 seasons and 62 episodes and the 7th character with the highest episode count out of 41 people. While in Lost she starred in only one season and was more of a guest star.
Bob Warner, father of Kate Warner, also starred in Lost as a main character named Christian Shephard, father of Jack Shepard. His role in 24 was minor compared to his role in Lost.
Agent Tom Baker Jin-Soo Kwon
CTU agent Tome Baker did more than just arrest Sherry Palmer and debrief Kate Warner, he also played Jin-Soo Kwon in the tv series Lost. His role on 24 was minor, while his role on Lost was a very major one.
Theo Stoller Desmond Hume
German agent Theo Stoller was not just spying on Collete Stenger, he also was playing Lost's Desmond Hume, a major role compared to his minor 24 role.
Sarah Gavin, the suspected mole in season 4, also starred on the tv series Lost, as Greta, an other stationed at the Looking Glass. Both roles were minor, although she was seen more in 24, rather than in Lost.
Carla Matheson, the abused wife of Gary Matheson, did more than just be murdered by Gary, she also starred in Lost as Bonnie, an other stationed with Greta at the Looking Glass. Both roles were minor.
Chinese Consulate Koo Yin also starred as Pierre Chang, of the DHARMA Initiative, as a major role, compared to his small role in 24. While he was speaking with David Palmer he also apparently was working with Horace Goodspeed at the DHARMA.
Both Lost and 24 are great shows, with great characters, the list above showed they characters which were fortunate enough to have starred on both.

"His name is Barry Landes"
When Kim Bauer, Jack's problem child, arrived at CTU with her therapist (and boyfriend) Barry Landes, everyone was a little surprised that it was not Chase Edmunds who she was bringing with her, that is everyone but Chloe. When Audrey greets them she asks to speak with Kim privately,
"It's okay you can talk in front of Barry"
"Okay, your father is alive"
Kim becomes confused and Barry starts to tell her to take deep breaths. When Jack arrives, Audrey informs him of Kim and Barry.
"Jack I should also warn you she brought someone with her, His name is Barry Landes"
When Jack and Barry meet, it's obvious Jack doesn't like Barry. They immediately start to clash and disagree. After CTU gets hit and they are all stuck in the Situation Room, Barry tries to calm Chole down by telling her to take deep breaths. He later on tries to get everyone to settle down by saying "everyone just take deep breaths, we are all going to be a little agitated", Chloe shouts back,
"What's with you and the breathing"
After it's all over Kim and Barry leave CTU. Although Kim eventually ditches him and moves on to someone else. Poor Barry, luckily he has his breathing techniques to help him get through it.
"It's Rosa"
When Rosa Donoso, the wheelchair bound sister of Marika Donoso, called and confronted Ike Dubaku, it was probably one of the funniest moments 24 has ever seen.
" What do you want"
"Break up with her"
Rosa apparently gets around since she claims to know someone who works at the Immigration Services , despite the fact that she never leaves her apartment. Doesn't she have anything better to do instead of making threats to her sister's boyfriend.
"Well your obviously making a mistake"
"Your the one making the mistake"
Looks like Rosa's mouth got her in trouble once Dubaku tries to take Marika out of the country so she doesn't find out he is a phony, oh well, maybe Rosa's friend at the Immigration Services can help.
"It's Rosa"
"Who is this"
"It's Rosa"
"Ma'am I think your making a mistake, I don't know a Rosa"
"Your the one making the mistake"
